Disclaimer
AILERNOVA — AI-Powered CBSE Learning Platform
Effective Date: March 10, 2026
This Disclaimer governs your use of the AILERNOVA platform at AILERNOVA.com and all related Services. By accessing or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Disclaimer in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Disclaimer, please immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.
NOTICE TO PARENTS AND GUARDIANS: As our Platform is used by students from Grade 3 onwards (children as young as 8 years of age), parents and legal guardians must read and understand this Disclaimer on behalf of their minor children. This Disclaimer forms part of the legally binding agreement between AILERNOVA and the user (or the parent/guardian acting on a minor’s behalf).
1. General Disclaimer
All content, information, materials, tools, and Services available on AILERNOVA.com are provided by AILERNOVA Education Private Limited strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis for general educational and informational purposes only.
AILERNOVA makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including but not limited to:
- The accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, currency, or adequacy of any content available on the Platform.
- That the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or harmful components.
- That defects or errors in the Platform will be identified or corrected in a timely manner.
- That the results or outcomes obtained from using the Platform will meet the user’s individual expectations or requirements.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that your reliance on any content or information from the Platform is entirely at your own risk, and that AILERNOVA shall not be held responsible for any adverse consequences arising from such reliance.
2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
2.1 Nature of AI-Generated Content
AILERNOVA employs sophisticated artificial intelligence and machine learning systems to generate educational video content, written materials, practice questions, summaries, and other learning resources for students from Grade 3 to Grade 12. While we invest significant effort to train, monitor, and refine our AI systems to produce high-quality, CBSE-aligned educational content, users must understand the following:
2.2 Inherent Limitations of AI
- AI-generated content is produced algorithmically and may occasionally contain factual errors, numerical inaccuracies, incomplete explanations, outdated information, misleading simplifications, or unintended omissions — particularly in subjects requiring precise and current information (such as Science, Mathematics, and Current Affairs).
- AI systems can produce confident-sounding responses that are nonetheless incorrect. Users must exercise independent judgement and not accept AI-generated answers as definitively correct without cross-verification.
- AI-generated content does not have the contextual understanding, pedagogical expertise, or situational awareness of a trained human teacher. It is a supplementary tool, not a replacement for qualified instruction.
- Younger students (Grade 3 to Grade 5) in particular are encouraged to use AI-generated content alongside direct guidance from a parent, guardian, or qualified teacher.
2.3 Supplementary Nature of Content
- All AI-generated content on the Platform is intended to supplement, not replace, official CBSE textbooks, NCERT materials, classroom instruction, and guidance from qualified teachers.
- Students preparing for CBSE board examinations or competitive examinations should not rely solely or primarily on AILERNOVA content for their preparation. Official CBSE/NCERT textbooks remain the primary and authoritative reference.
- AILERNOVA strongly recommends that all students, regardless of grade, use the Platform as one component of a broader, multi-source study approach.
2.4 Parental Guidance for Younger Students
For students in Grade 3 through Grade 5 (typically 8 to 11 years of age), we strongly recommend that parents or guardians co-view content with their child and help contextualise AI-generated explanations. Young learners benefit greatly from adult mediation when engaging with AI-produced educational material.
2.5 Reporting Errors
If you identify any error, inaccuracy, or inappropriate content in any AI-generated material on the Platform, we encourage you to report it promptly at admin@ailernova.com. AILERNOVA will review and address all reported issues in good faith and as expeditiously as possible.
3. CBSE Curriculum Alignment Disclaimer
3.1 No Official Affiliation
AILERNOVA is an independent private educational technology company. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, authorised by, or in any way officially connected to:
- The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
- The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT).
- The Ministry of Education, Government of India.
- Any state government educational authority or board.
All references to “CBSE”, “CBSE curriculum”, “CBSE syllabus”, and related terms are used solely to describe the educational alignment of our content with the publicly available CBSE curriculum framework. They do not imply any official relationship, partnership, or endorsement.
3.2 Curriculum Updates
- The CBSE curriculum, syllabi, and examination patterns are subject to periodic revision and update by the Central Board. AILERNOVA strives to update its content in a timely manner following official CBSE notifications, but there may be a transitional lag between official CBSE updates and corresponding updates on our Platform.
- Students and parents are advised to check the official CBSE website (cbse.gov.in) for the most current and authoritative syllabus information.
- AILERNOVA shall not be liable for any discrepancy between our content and any mid-year changes to the CBSE curriculum that have not yet been reflected on our Platform.
3.3 Grade-Specific Content
Content on our Platform is designed and organised by grade level starting from Grade 3. While we take great care to ensure content is appropriate and aligned to the correct grade, grade-to-grade alignment may vary by subject, topic, and the individual student’s learning pace. Students, parents, and educators are encouraged to select content appropriate to the student’s specific learning needs and not solely based on grade designation.
4. Life Skills Content Disclaimer
4.1 Educational Purpose Only
The Life Skills programs, videos, and materials available on AILERNOVA are designed exclusively for general educational and developmental purposes. They aim to build essential competencies in students — including communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork, problem-solving, and responsible decision-making — in an age-appropriate, structured manner starting from Grade 3.
4.2 Not Professional Advice
- Life Skills content on the Platform does not constitute and must not be treated as professional psychological, psychiatric, counselling, therapeutic, medical, or legal advice.
- AILERNOVA’s Life Skills content is not a substitute for professional mental health support, child psychological assessment, behavioural therapy, or any other form of specialised professional intervention.
- Content addressing topics such as emotional regulation, self-awareness, peer relationships, or stress management is presented from a general educational perspective and may not be suitable as a solution for students experiencing clinical-level mental health, behavioural, or emotional difficulties.
4.3 Parental Guidance
- Parents are encouraged to review Life Skills content alongside their child, particularly for students in Grade 3 through Grade 6 (approximately 8 to 12 years of age).
- If your child is experiencing significant emotional, behavioural, or social difficulties, we urge you to consult a qualified mental health professional, school counsellor, or child psychologist rather than relying solely on our Life Skills programs.
4.4 Individual Variation
The effectiveness of Life Skills development programs varies widely among individuals. AILERNOVA does not guarantee specific behavioural, social, or emotional outcomes for any student as a result of participating in our Life Skills programs.
5. Educational Outcomes Disclaimer
5.1 No Guarantee of Academic Results
AILERNOVA does not warrant, promise, or guarantee any specific academic outcomes, examination results, grades, marks, ranks, or learning milestones as a direct or indirect result of using the Platform.
5.2 Factors Beyond Our Control
Academic outcomes are influenced by a wide range of factors outside AILERNOVA’s control, including:
- The student’s individual effort, consistency, and dedication.
- The student’s pre-existing knowledge, aptitude, and learning style.
- School attendance, classroom participation, and engagement with teachers.
- External factors such as family environment, health, and socio-economic circumstances.
- The quality and frequency of supplementary study using authorised textbooks and classroom materials.
5.3 Role as a Supplement
AILERNOVA is a supplementary learning tool. The Platform is designed to enhance and support a student’s educational journey, not to replace it. We strongly recommend that students continue to attend school regularly, engage with their teachers, study official CBSE/NCERT textbooks, and maintain a balanced study routine.
6. Platform Availability and Technical Disclaimer

This limitation of liability applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if AILERNOVA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

By using the AILERNOVA Platform, you (or the parent/guardian on behalf of a minor user) agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AILERNOVA Education Private Limited and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal and professional fees) arising from:
- Your breach of this Disclaimer or the Terms & Conditions.
- Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

- For any content critical to examination preparation, career decisions, or health-related topics, users are strongly advised to verify information with authorised sources, qualified professionals, or official bodies.
12. Disclaimer Regarding Examination Bodies
AILERNOVA is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by CBSE, NCERT, or any examination board. While our content is designed to align with CBSE curriculum guidelines, we make no warranty that our content will be sufficient to guarantee success in any examination conducted by CBSE or any other board.
Examination patterns, question formats, and evaluation criteria are determined solely by the relevant examination authority and are subject to change. AILERNOVA is not responsible for any changes to examination patterns that may not yet be reflected in our content.
